Terms and Conditions

This EULA is concluded between you and Dhakal Code Studio only, not with Apple. Dhakal Code Studio is solely responsible for the Go2GymWorkout app and its content. Apple is not responsible for the app or the content thereof.

Dhakal Code Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Go2GymWorkout on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Dhakal Code Studio is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services with respect to the Go2GymWorkout app. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Dhakal Code Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) paid through the App Store.

Dhakal Code Studio is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Go2GymWorkout app or your possession and/or use of it, including:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

All intellectual property rights in and to Go2GymWorkout, including but not limited to content, design, features, and functionality, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dhakal Code Studio.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Go2GymWorkout app, such as your internet provider’s terms of service or Apple’s terms.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and shall be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you.

Go2GymWorkout offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• $3.99/month – Monthly Plan
• $39.99/year – Yearly Plan

Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account and will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

All workout data and preferences are stored locally on your device. Your email is only used to display your profile and isolate your local data. We do not store or transmit personal information to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for more.

This EULA is effective until terminated by either you or Dhakal Code Studio. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhakal Code Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Go2GymWorkout app.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
